I needed to keep the sale together and not loose the buyer.I simple told the tenant that if they moved out and cleaned the unit by monday morning I would give them $500 and if they just moved out it would be $400. 

For example, when you go to a fine dining restaurant, you get the psychological payoff of enjoying a good meal whereas the restaurant gets the financial payoff of charging you a small fortune.

It did not come back till the following morning on Mar 10, 2021 .

Or you could have had questions about the documents and contacted the HOA for clarification Friday morning prior to closing.
