One of my partners in my next flip have suggested a new HM lender (Park Place Finance). they definitely have good rates but I want to check how is the experience of other investors with them?

On one hand I agree with the conservative strategy of pausing distributions but I have no real way of assessing the risk of my capital.  

My two ideas are one to search/purchase another multi family unit and house hack.
