George Island, Santa Rosa Beach, Carrabelle, etc.) it's a great area for vacation rentals, but I personally wouldn't park my money there.Unfortunately, I don't know enough about the dynamics of Pensacola to give an opinion, but the folks I've known over the years refer to Pensacola as eastern Alabama, not as a piece of Florida.

I do love the anna maria island beach, so was looking at something central outside of tampa.

Life has taken me to TN, Long Island, Phili, FL and now back here at home in Erie.

What an Amazing place this whole island is.

As far as microwaves I am doing drawers as an option on builds but at the minimum built in island.

Note:  I am not trying to convince you whether Indianapolis is good or bad or to sell you anything - you can make up your own mind, but consider the following facts.Consider that the Indianapolis MSA (metropolitan statistical area) is, in terms of size/area, approximately 5 times greater than the entire Island of Oahu!  

Manhattan is an island and the high end is often going to foreign buyers - NY is a lot cheaper than most european financial centers  and on FX alone a euro investor has made almost 30% in the past 2 years.
