Hi Nicole-Do you have a preference for the type of investing you’re looking to do (flip, rental, etc)?

Point is, as @Brenden Mitchum suggests, you have to go to meetings and interact. 

As first time STR investors, my wife and I are trying hard to nail down our CCCs before reaching out to a real estate agent in our preferred market.

Donr know anything about investing in larger things than 1-4 or commercial financing or anything-- But looking to expand my horizons and looking for like minded folks preferably locals but  obviously not necessarily.

Your Cap Table of investors Stock shares Authorized and issued will be presented for investors to calculate the Valuation if you are not an existing company with at least 1 year of Income history investors prefer CF filings and smaller valuations. but until a minimum of 100 investors and 1 year of audited financials, you can not become a REIT

Then you can build a list and begin to inform and educate your prospects about your value proposition using email or whatever is the readers' preferred channel.
