In my short experience, the typical HML I’ve seen generally loan at 25-30% LTV with a note duration of 1-3 years, with the main benefits being a typically fast close and not having to go through a traditional lender for a Fannie/Freddie loan.

Super helpful in learning how to build excel sheets and summarize the data in a digestible way.

Watch out for syndicators that puff numbers and syndicate deals to grow doors or sq ft fast taking fees each time.

Depending on what you are looking for, I buy my cabinets at either Hoods (cheap, and good quality/style and available for pickup that same day but, not super high-end) or Cabinets To-Go.
