Is it common for realtors to offer free staging?

I've had a few people out to look at it but I can't seem to get anyone to quote the job.

Unfortunately, they quit their jobs and escaped the garnishment, and the local sheriff is not helpful when it comes to chasing these types of things as its considered "small potatoes". 

Now that is the more common sense idea on the situation but we all know how well laws are written so talk to a local attorney. $300 for piece of mind isn't that bad.I personally would not let the implied threat of him flooding you out affect your decision to sell.

I get calls all the time even while I'm typing this post for rooms for rent.  50k would do the job completely.

Hi fellow Hartford investors, I'm looking for a Handyman to install cabinets and countertops and other odd jobs.

Very handy installers, did a great job.

Since I work a 9 to 5 and she stays at home with the kids (a harder job than mine, mind you) we thought that she would be best suited to go down this road first.Can someone tell me the differences between the three titles [ Agent, Broker, Realtor ] and what training and work practices differ?

Typically though, you will be loan term of 6-36 months with an interest rate anywhere between 7%-18% and anywhere between 1-6 points at closing, though most commonly 2-4 points.  

I have basically been nervous to get into it since i have my own home, Comfy job, And a wife but after reading a lot of other peoples stories I think it is time to Jump into it and really start looking into finding an investor.
