You can also lease out up to 4 units for someone else if you are not a real estate agent for profit, but no more than 4.As far as wholesaling goes (assuming thats what you are wanting to do) from my understanding you would need to be a licensed agent to do that unless if the property was first transferred to your name, and then to the next entity.
