We have a google doc that has the big questions we want to get answers on but even then, we won't just read through the questions.

HOA's will vary on their rules regarding renting out a condo... you'll need to check for the specifics in the HOA rules which you can usually find with a bit a google searching and your condo associations name.

I didn't do a drive by, and didn't even do a google earth drive by (I'm not sure why because I usually do this with every property I'm even vaguely interested in).

If you Google that you may be able to qualify for loans via that route which should, in general, be much less complex than borrowing from your 401k.

I arrived at that from lots of Googling to find $150/sqft a reasonable price and assuming the house would be 1,100 square feet.

I use Google Drive a fair amount (not nearly as proficient as I would like to be yet) so that seems to fit.

How do you find contractors and inspectors, I contacted a few contractors from google searches but their prices were very high.
