@Wyatt Nyman I usually look at any new MLS updates every morning, then all the random places people list FSBO (facebook market place etc)  I then go to whatever house I'm working on and work there most of the day (I'm a buy and hold, but spend a lot of time fixing up the house before I rent it out), I try and make sure that I'm buying enough so that I always have a project to work on.

@Megha Sharma Hi Megha, as a Realtor here in Sacramento, my totally 100% unbiased advice is to agree with Emily about Sacramento ;) If you're able to relocate here, it's still close enough to the Bay that you can head in whenever you need to (though you don't want to do that every morning definitely).

My iGMS account is no longer connected, effective yesterday and in order to connect it says this:“After connecting your Airbnb account to iGMS, some of the account settings will be changed:Fee settings will change to host-only;Instant booking will be enabled for all accounts' listings;All imported iCals will be removed from Airbnb.”I don’t even want to try reconnecting it now, maybe in the morning with a clear head.
