Martin I like 29 because it is a nice clear logo with flat single color image. 

Paint it a dark neutral color. 

This is a pic of the house after we painted it, it was a peach color before and we added the pop outs to the windows.We got this house for $157k and have invested let's say $25k houses just like this one only not as remodled sell anywhere from $230k to $260k in this area of the city, so our profit will hopefully be nice.

Colors available Almost all the colors can be available to LF: pine, oak, birch, beech, cherry, oak, teak, walnut, ceramic tile, granite, marble and even including bamboo.

I've even started painting all of my apartments the same color so that I only have one color of paint when it comes time to do "touch up" painting.

If you want to do something with the cabinets, you could either try to strip them and restain them a different color.

A simple light beige doesn't have much coloring pigments and will dry much quicker than a blue, yellow, or a color that has tons of colorant in it.

Hi Jeremy,I think a great ad is one with a vibrant and hyperlinked call-to-action photo that simply redirects to your Property Information Form for the seller to fill out.I honestly do not see how a generic We Buy Houses ad with a phone number is effective as you can at any time have a handful of leads call you up, block the lines and/or waste your time with their stories, questions, issues, etc.As mentioned, you should ultimately have a strong call-to-action that points back to your website/squeeze page for the seller to fill out their information.

IRR provides more "color" but ultimately, without a meaningful discount rate, they are equally useless.Just my $.02...
