E transfers seem to be popular.I collect 12 post dated check from all my tenants at the beginning of the year.

I just finished Brandon Turner's "No money down" and plan to go through it maybe 2-3 times more before Sunday, once I finish "E-myth real estate investor".

I would send them the lease for e-signature.
