just curious how do you rent a car without a major credit card.. and a lot of other things require it like checking into a motel etc. as a road warrior I cant fathom how I could operate without a card.. ?

The biggest issue I have is that there is a 2 car garage that I am considering sharing between the two units, half for each.

Is it possible to obtain a property lien on a car, etc. that would have some kind of effect?
