@Justin R.I see what youre saying, so maybe my best option is to refi the equity to match current increasing rents, pull out another 200k-250k from the duplex and use that for another 2-4 unit investment -OR- use my 250k that I have now and add 250k from refi and buy a larger say.. 2mil 2-4 unit complex?
