Zip code 68104-Last years taxes = $1520-Purchase price and financed amount at 4.6% for 30 years = $120,000-Closing costs and funding fee (VA loan) = $9,200 paid out of pocket-Pretty much turn key property, minor repairs that I can do, less then $200 worth of work.

@Ned Carey, usually you will need to file a quiet title lawsuit before you can sell a tax deed property for anything close to full retail price, with the buyer able to secure financing and title insurance.

Its a true team effort from my equity partners to my partner bank.ON the finance side we put up 560k in cash borrowed the rest from our commercial bank ( about 8 million) and we made about 2 mil in 26 months..
