Have used state programs to upgrade all windows, insulate, instal 3 mini-splits in main home, 1 in ADU in main house; turned garage building with 2 ADUs from oil heat to mini-splits.

If you go this route, consider allocating some of those profits toward long-term rental investments.Balancing all this with your 9-to-5 may feel overwhelming, but focusing on time-blocking and systems can help.

This week I purchased three Moke vehicles, they are the small diesel cars popular around the Bahamas and the Caribbean that some of you may remember from one of the old 007 movies.
