Is it an option to continue to work your normal W-2 job and do wholesaling on the side for a couple years?

:)   I assume gas is preferred from a cost perspective?

- If we buy a couple thousand acres of ranch land, but it is only used for grazing in the summer, is that sufficient?

I have more than enough in the account to pay for the land - about 4X the cost of the land with still a couple hundred K in it if i bought it. 

A couple hundred bucks a year.

I've had it listed for rent for a couple of days now on a few rental sites, social media, etc, but have yet to have anyone come and look at it or inquire about it.

Recently I discovered that there is an exception for renting section 8 to a close family member if they are disabled and the property provides “reasonable accommodation”.She qualifies as her income is only a couple hundred dollars a month.

I was wondering what avenues you’ve taken to fund your initial investment property (preferably buy and hold)?
