Hey @Tyler HowellI am currently using Buildium.com; however, once I get enough properties that I manage I will switch to AppFolio because I have seen their product/service and think it is very professional and great!

Unless there is another loan product I think this would be the most streamlined and easiest for you. 

He wants to go 50/50 with me on my lot and build an exact same product.

The point is that it is unique and not easily replicated.Compare that to an Amazon business selling a product.

 @Daniel Devin Jewell if you know the product you need but just need it in a specific state try posting in that state forum.

this is Hilton products and I suspect most other major hotels have the same policy.

@Victor Lee@Upen Patel is someone who has been around for a long time and can advise as well as tell you what products they have

Many people are aware of the option period, which allows the buyer to conduct a physical inspection of the house and check for major capital expenditure issues such as HVAC, roof, plumbing, etc.

Refusing to transactions where the client has not physically seen the property would help.
