Property tax, water utility and energy are not being deferred.

There should at least be a rule that any additional fees outside seller commission must be disclosed before showing any home to someone, so client/customer can make an informed decision whether or not to use that firm or find someone else to show them the property.

Your business is too large to deal with "headache customers" in my opinion.

As you mature, your energy and stamina may be tested by low-end, high profit rentals and other labor-intensive profit strategies do be mindful of where you stand on this topic now and in future years.I'm big on education and I'm philosophically in opposition to the camp that says that you can learn everything you need to know on discussion forums like this and others.

@Will Porter I think the biggest difference was a shift in my energy level towards getting involved.

Right now I am a retail manager full time, but real estate is where a lot of my energy is going.
