However if you buy a place that is already non-warrantable, you may get a great deal.This was just a few thought, but really dig into the pros and cons of condos so you fully under stand the risks and the rewards that come with them.

We built Shep of southern Charm his new house on 45 Aiken.. that is one great market for those with wherewhithal to actually do business.I just closed on 881 Ashley that a wholesaler brought me.. it was a cluster.. but we got it done. if you ride by it you will see its just been demo'd brand new 650k home going up.  !!!
