Hypothetically...let's say you have 250k cash in the bank and a goal of creating generational wealth with passive income (10k - 15k monthly) within the next 5 years, how would you do it?

I've created my SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for the organization and have lots of perspective from the stakeholder experience of a renter and lessons learned from the PM company owners.

So far I like it..I don't like the Purchase and Sale contract they have, so i uploaded my own..and I created some other "Cold-Call Scripts to add to the system..

Assess the condition of the proprty and create a capex plan, so you know when you will spend money and how much.
