Yea...trust lost :( That kind of deterred me from real estate investing for a few months, but I'm back and excited to network and connect with (genuine and honest) like minds ready to work together and make some money! 

Now before anyone gets all "excited", absentee owners are fair game in regards to foreclosure so lets please not open up that can of worms.

As I realized what I would have upon completion I became excited.

I am excited to possibly start looking in GR.

As a young excited investor (With no Money, yet)How do you get started planning to invest, especially in the Bay Area where the market is higher than any other place in the US?

I am going to the Birmingham meet up  on Thursday 6th April and I am so excited!

But we do think this is the hottest we've seen the market, but because the price points and barriers to entry are still relatively low, I regularly meet people who are just now starting out and are excited about local investing.Thanks for asking that;  gave me something to mull over while enjoying my coffee. :)

You don't have to do crazy things like me but get innovative, give incentives.
