Turnkey real estate investment will always be downgraded by some and praised by others.

When it's all said and done though, I do most of my deals with traditional brokers.I looked at numerous properties on Roofstock (and with many other well known turn key companies) and I just didn't like the vast majority of the deals.  

The tenant had not been charged with these, but there were numerous calls.

Kevin, all those questions have been answered on this forum numerous times.

I personally have TWO friends who over the last ten years bought in that area and sold and left within 2 or 3 years due to the numerous car break ins, garage break ins and one had his home burglarized.

There are numerous options that must be considered and many costly mistakes that need to be avoided.

I lived in subdivisions where I had built numerous homes for people and I would have no issue living next to one of my rentals.

I haven't processed the app because it is incomplete and I have told him this on numerous occassions Can I just ignore further e-mail or tell him I am not able to further consider the app w/o explanation.

A lot of wholesalers fail at this because what they think is a good deal turns out not to.This is a great point and goes along with what I ahve preached in numerous wholesale threads.
