For instance mailers weren't going out that I was paying for numerous ones would get stuck together so probably wasn't getting to all the homes I wanted etc.

For months some of these syndicators are praising multi-family in their ads and then with a flip of the switch they are trashing multi-family in their ads while throwing their support behind mobile parks, hotels etc.
