If you end up in court about the deposit , its your proof .Read the Maryland laws about security deposits and time frames .He left the bike in the driveway , I would leave it right there in plain sight .

When I look at the numbers it makes me sick because the fees are exorbitant - but if you have a deal with a lot of equity, it's sometimes worth it.

I have never wanted to be a "Real Estate Agent" and honestly, the mere thought of it kind of makes me sick to my stomach.

I move to a place in Twentynine palms and the outside is full of rats at night and now I can hear them in my attic under my sink and in my wall the landlord is trying to tell me I bring the and its a smell of dead mice in my attic and he tells me I have to go in the attic and replace battery my boyfriend and his friend went in there and almost got sick from the **** and piss that's up there what do I do
