Hello everyone,  I 've come across few youtube video that teaches people how to use a business credit card to cover the downpayment, soft cost, and etc... 

Software has full project management capabilities -- I do the scheduling for each project on it, daily logs are included, estimates, budget reports, all photos/videos. 

Since then throughout the remainder of college I began to dabble and read around the BP forums, listened to a few podcasts, watched some youtube videos etc.I'm interested in rental properties, and think I have a good network in Abilene (where I went to school) to be able to have a steady flow of renters to the students and as a bonus, the real estate there is fairly inexpensive so seems like a good place for a beginner.

Also one easy to read consolidated tax form at the end of the year.Ease, consolidation and investment choices keep me in a Vanguard or Fidelity vs chasing one-off savings accts.
