Hey guys- I have a great deal 95% done on a 2/2 double wide in a high end park here in Washington.

BP is full of illegal, unethical and really bad ideas, mostly from newish types trying to figure  angles to promote themselves, that needs to be understood and ignored.

Its another angle and I hope this brings some value to the investors on the site.

If not in most states you have broken the law and made yourself a wide open target.

This way you can possibly earn some money with listing leads and learn the business form that angle. 

I think you will find it to be about $5K for single wide; $10K double wide.
