This home has a great floor plan featuring a large living area, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with an attached 2-car garage.

Good condition house with similar features to my other.

From my conversations with them, it has most certainly increased the nightly rate as well as the occupancy compared to other comparable units in the area that do not have a theater room or similar feature.
