I was told you dont even have to use blank signs , you can use cut up boxes and you can get the sticks from off the sides of the roads where bandit signs were up , there is a video on you tube called how to build your buyers list with free bandit signs its a pretty good video try it out and let me know

You can also create instructional videos that record what you are doing on your screen to walk them through processes.

We use video to market real estate listings and it is a lot easier and more effective than most people think.
