I'm taking up classes to get my real estate license and been watching youtube videos about real estate and all.

Since then I’ve been educating myself as much as humanly possible by reading books, listening to podcasts, watching YouTube videos, going to my local meetup (which is small), and going to every free webinar I can find.

So I have been reading books like The And Asset by Caleb Guilliams and The Art of Wholesaling Properties by Robert Shemin, picked the brains of a family member already in the industry and my realtor, got into sites like this one and Legal News, and watched a few youtube videos for the last 6 months.

I’ve just been using a basic walkthrough video from my phone, but now I’m tempted to level it up! 

I had some ideas also which could be like a hot tub or sauna games (pool,video games, airhockey ETC).

If the agent is experienced they should be pointing out everything during the video walk through.
