Depending on how attractive your asset is, they may already know of a buyer for you. 

One of the things that attracted me to the real estate industry is the opportunity to create new relationships and meet new and interesting people.

I highlighted some features below that I thought looked attractive and beneficial.

From there you'll attract the buyers who you can wholesale the deal to or perhaps you might even find some folks with whom you could negotiate some type of partnership or joint venture the deal. 

Have had several tenants start talking that im attracted to you stuff through the years.

You'll attract better tenants and keep them longer with a lower electric bill.  

Often mobile family home parks tend to attract a residence with problems.

If anything I see condos renting for more because they tend to have a lot more amenities that are attractive to renters (gyms, elevators, doormen, roof decks, etc).If you house hack a multifamily you will be a landlord right off the bat, and depending on your budget, you will probably need to do some renovations.

I expect some people to chime in and suggest MF syndication to me; I'm just not attracted to the idea of being responsible for a bunch of other people's investments.
