I really can't see a slowdown in the supply needs, especially with COVID-19 and the long-term economic uncertainty that it has caused.

Back in July, there was a storm that caused over 18” of water to flood the basement.

Someone who never drives past the properties they manage will cause my owners a lot of heartaches if the rental is now a meth house and we don't know it til the police drag off the miscreants.
