Lots of noise...tells me the neighbors will be calling me and code enforcement will be sending love notes.Vet other ways and the walk will be a non-event.Hope this helps...

It's likely more than background noise, but less than a primary driver(this is personal intuition speaking, not something garnered from hard data.)But inflation is one of those situations where perception becomes reality.

You'll find a lot less congestion, crime and noise as you move out of Boston.

Nice places to live, but not good for rentals....for a dozen or more reasons....HOA dues kill your returns, renting these can cause all kinds of neighborly issues...like leaving trash out on the wrong day, keeping stuff on balconies when they're not supposed to, noise, parking in the wrong spots and so many more issues you can't control.
