I have some neighborhoods where I know the 'gorgeous big trees'  can be a big problem and I'm careful to get them out of there before they become a problem.But guess what?

I am reading set for life for a second time looking to catch every nugget in set for life to go in well educated.

Being in the military, I do have the VA at my disposal, but I am absolutely in need of more financing education before I can decide on what I would like to pursue. 

Just returned from Afghanistan in April, and I spent some of my time over there self-educating through BP and books.

@Carl Valmyr Whatever you do make sure you educate yourself first.

I have self educated myself quite a bit over the last few years but have no real experience.

I am not a pro so I am guessing it has something to do with it.
