The main issue in this country (US) is ghetto/hood mentality.

I had some serious mental issues in the past year and a half and messed up some things.  

If that is a serious deal breaker, then for your own mental well being, you may want to suck it up and transfer to another of their properties (WALK THROUGH IT BEFORE YOU DECIDE) for some peace and quiet- you may find it to be worth it. 

It brings clarity to me, I believe the podcast episodes I have been listening to really hammer into me the importance of cash flow over appreciation but I just couldn’t find it in my market.

Dealing with serious health issues in the family is a mental, emotional, physical, and financial strain. 

There are also some serious things going on with our church family which take up the most mental space.

I'd love to start some serious relationships with folks that I could connect with, help one another and learn from.I feel like I know just enough to be dangerous, but would love to have some people in my life that could help me refine my direction a bit, or bring clarity to areas where I'm just feeling a bit lost and overwhelmed.At 46 years old, I feel like I've lived and learned enough to have a lot of wisdom in some areas, but yet feel like an absolute newbie in this area.
