One of our concerns was that the material we've been reading could have been out of date - but this site has helped resolve that concern.I've already learned new things and heard interesting opinions in the first hour I've been on the site.Just as an FYI - we've been reading the wholesaling program from Dwan Twyford - I don't agree with everything, but it's a start - comments welcome :)Anyway, we hope to get to know many of you and are really looking forward to learning from individuals who are in the thick of it right now.

Now im upset the the initial reason all this started was removed and was not informed. but Im not on the account so that goes back to the tenant who I now know through this process cant depends on updates.So since the water is cut off now her parents are involved upset that a "leak" and high water bill have not been resolved since august and now they have a "400" water bill to pay for!

Get the vendor to submit a report to you documenting that they were there and the tenant signed off that the issue was now resolved.

@Ericka Grant I really enjoy living here, but I wouldn't want to invest here just due to having to deal with the inefficiencies of the city.I don't have a GC that's compatible with East Point, but I could give you the names of the REA's that are the major players in the neighborhood.
