I'm 22 and I just graduated with a Bachelors in Social Work.

I moved to Orlando FL a month ago (from Boston), and I am looking to join groups that have like-minded people, and at the same time grow my social surroundings.

My hope is by building them into new construction 55 and older communities the model will be more accepted by the community. 

I was able to meet the owner over labor day we walked the property we talked more I made an offer it was countered then I countered the counter and my offer accepted.

If you go for # 2 what is an acceptable fee? 

Have a decent website/social media to show your work, promote yourself well and build your brand, and answer your phone/make yourself available and you should be picking up work in a short amount of time.

Even a 4/1 accepting section 8 in this area would be a desirable rental, though not ideal. 

Ultimately it is up to you if you want to accept a tenant with a pet.
