First Get your iodine pillssecond yes you can get insurance it's called terrorism insurance which many don't know but if a shooter goes and shoots up a neighborhood and it's considered an act of domestic terrorism and hits a gas line and blows up your house - you may not be covered without terrorism insurance 

Most of them are targeted for new developments or large complexes, and the few that might fit required selling the land to the city and/or agreeing to an unreasonably long contract.

If you have narrowed down an area you like research the heck out of it.

I agree with Joseph on check your competition to see if this is widespread in your area or just your property.It is very hard to not lower prices when you see an open calendar.

I recommend getting your license from an in-person course.
