I used to have a routine where I got up at 4:30 am everyday to start my day and did much better at coordinating my time becuase I takled things when I was fresh instead of exhausted.

Updates would include paint, flooring, ceiling tiles (I still need to see whats up there behind this false ceiling). 

Otherwise, have a handyman patch and paint for cosmetic fix. 

We re-did the house and it's in great condition- new appliances, new paint, new bathroom, working AC and plumbing etc.

Every day you'll see a fresh ad of mine on Craigslist. 

I wasnt worried about damages cause the place needed paint and carpet refresh anyway.

We've treated our cat urine smells in various houses with the oil based Kilz product, painted over the sub-floor. 

New carpet and paint for sure.

Many of them have so many layers of paint on the walls, that it's permanent state is literally "tacky", both in texture and in appearance. 

I also put a new coat of paint on the walls.
