Rental dwellings are fairly simple risks and we like to put all future purchases on a master policy given it’s the same owner.

investor and have several rental properties here as well , got a tip from of my ex military  friend stationed in Lawton ,  this was about 9 months ago, looked on internet on homes available  and got a referral from my realtor for a local  Lawton real estate agent , of course did my homework  on businesses  / rental comps in area / crime /city plans for future / and rental population. 

Asking people on the internet is not going to help you in any way. 

I would love to hear strategies on finding off market deals in my local area while being thousands of miles away with very limited phone access (internet isn't an issue).

With a website like Facebook, most people are already spending time here every day, so there’s a great opportunity to catch the attention of buyers/renters through a different (and hugely popular) avenue of the internet.

First, dont post on the internet how much money you have.

We have sourced deals from post cards, yellow letters, text campaigns, ringless voice-mail, cold calling, pocket agents, word of mouth, auction, internet, door knocking, driving for dollars and MLS.

Naturally, now the internet is showing me 100 plus ads a day of companies that promise real estate agents leads, buyers, and sellers.
