With the inspiration of this community I've been able to reach some very important goals of mine such as savings and learning.

Hello all,I was inspired by the previous podcast about the guy who was in DC taking 3 bedrooms, and converting them into 5 bedroom and listing them on section 8.I have an opportunity to grab a 3bd/3bath, and converting it to a 4/4 that needs some cosmetic renovations.

My dad has transitioned into devoting all of his time to real estate investing as well and is working on a few projects which inspired me to take action as well.Through the local REI group and the connections I was introduced to there, the BP podcast, blog posts, and ultimate guide, as well as the occasional fatherly guidance I pulled off a goal I wanted to reach before I turned 21.

Even an uninspired person can start reading inspiring books.Get some momentum going on your new commitment for the good life.

Yeah, I'm trying to get as many properties as I can, as quickly as I can, and coming up with the requisite 20-25% down is a wee difficult at the moment. 

It definitely inspired me to find a way to leverage myself to wealth.

For the inspiration. 

My goal is to get to 20 units within the next 3-4 years, which should provide the start for a "early" retirement at age 30 ;) This blog and website has been a HUGE source for my inspiration.

All those great peoples and they're hard work is really inspiring,  so enough bench warming let's start giving back.
