I think that is good enough to get Phase 1 study, verify financials, infrastructure inspections etc. -- I have done $10k to $50k EMD-- Check with your title company, varies from state to state

i think tenant is accusing me of building new apartments and installing grounding rod for propane lines gas guy installed cause im switching from paying all heat to each tenant pays own propane.

For example if the house has two unpermitted basement bedrooms people are not going to pay for those rooms the same as two standard ground level bedrooms but they may retain some value to a typical buyer as finished space.
