@Ronald Perich the reason I mention the intent thing is because I have been interviewed by the Oregon RE Agency about some activity that a group here was doing because they tried to snag me into their dishonest web.

Our little town has 5K inhabitants yet has 5 "white table cloth" restaurants, including one which made the "top 10 desserts" list in Bon Appetit magazine this year.We have an 8 screen movie theatre, although a lot of movies that I want to see I have to drive to Austin, or wait for Netflix.

Steps went like this:1)   Bought house for cash - titled in my name.2)   Formed LLC online from Indiana Secretary of State's web site. 

I would contact the assessor or check their web page.
