What are the best web sites for seeing price trends, both nationwide and in the states where I own lands?

I tend to bounce around the web a lot looking for information, but this forum seems to stand out above others for quality information, and any help is appreciated.  

I remember my dad picking up RE magazines and seeing 2 to 5 acre lots zoned for hotel condos for 100 to 150k and could not imagine who could afford 150k :)

Coming from a marketing background observing brokerage web traffic and lead flow, it seems like many potential contacts might slip away if they don't get a quick answer.

There have been many sources of plans over the years from magazine directories, to online versions of the same. 

I work with software as part of my day job and built out a custom web app to help me analyze real estate deals as a side project.

. - I personally haven't taken advantage of any sustainability credits, but we do have a Chicago Suburb project that is utilizing historic tax credits.I did find some opportunities on the web for making multifamily properties more energy efficient.  

I would ask the HOA for a copy of the governing docs; they may even be on their web site. 

Santarelli/Norada continuing to put out videos and web requests for funding without disclosing the difficulties he has already acknowledged in writing !!
