The property was close to a regional medical center and nurses tend to get flown in to provide extra help and she also managed her own mobile homes through airbnb.

I found one that will not allow but 2 mobile homes per acre.  

I can't drive (Not mobile right now) so I have to sacrifice one for thee other.

And everything from mobilizing (getting all your supplies there), to making daily lists, and timing everything is as much art as science.

Not my first choice but plenty of people pay plenty of money to live in mobile homes, townhouses, and SFRs.
