Meaning, invest in the right product (which is the one you understand) close enough to home to where you can address any emergencies, and when supplying housing to people, you have things fixed properly so you do not have those "midnight calls" that people frivolously talk about.

However, my work is in the residential building products industry and it gives me access to a number of great contractors and general handy men,  so I would like to try my hand at a few lower end flips as well.

Two things that helped us move past that point was the local REI group and as a result of that group a product that was introduced that allows us to run comps based on MLS data. 

The only real frustrations I face right now are the big empty hole of hours spent on the time clock when I could be doing something much more productive!

I am a consumer products entrepreneur and fairly recently sold my business.

Is it a profitable business or more likely a scam; a little info abt it is there is no actual product to buy jus Health service being provided with a partnership with MDlive any advice guys would appreciate it ??
