Regardless of what your friend think of him, buying a real property (a car w/o title), a house that has cloud title, from him, your parents, children does not change the situation.

Tenants are customers, but many people view them more as employees (or children).

LM is not concerned we do not have enough place on the floor to even buy a mattress and put down; LM is not concerned that those boxes are fall hazards for our small children.
