And you can tag people by typing @ before you type their name, then clicking their name at the bottom of the message box.

I like how I can automate, create Tags and send targeted content to investors based on a set of rules and goals.As others have shared, each CRM has its pluses and minuses.I started using Excel to Outlook to Constant Contact to Aweber.
