There are infinite ways to find buyers and if you really search these forums you’ll find some good creative ones and I know this for a fact because 3 years ago this is exactly where I was digging for all my answers.

There is a fine if you don't do this and the city finds out (they search for this).

You can look up the rei group called Marei in Kansas City to meet wholesalers and search properties .

You can start looking at this list that BP had put together:https://www.biggerpockets.com/rei/self-directed-ir...Also I suggest you search forum because your question had been asked several times in the past so you can find some good past discussions that will be beneficial to you. 

You can also search on zillow and CL to see what people are advertising for rent properties in the same area as your property. 

I was searching for foreclosures/preforeclosures and I found a relatively cheap/"the numbers worked"I do not have a credit or capital currently and FRANKLY, I DON"T WANT TO START OFF IN A "F-" NEIGHBORHOOD SINCE I DON"T WANT TO DIE OR ALMOST DIE every time I COLLECT RENT!!!!!!
