What are you using for the return addresses on direct mail?

I received a letter in the mail from the City of Ft Worth Board of Adjustment notifying me that a neighboring property to my rental is scheduled to appear at this month's meeting of the Board.

By the way, sign up for e-mails and mailers for Harbor Freight, and you'll get lots of coupons.

Once we turned on direct marketing, it took just a couple of mailings to get a bunch of properties. 

I'm toying with doing some direct mail marketing,  but am afraid someone might call me back :-)

We sealed it, dry walled, put down some laminate tiles and repurposed cabinets I had in my craft room upstairs that had been just storing junk.

Most of the property managers I've used keep the late fee charged to the tenants for late payment of rent, saying it's because they have to post the notices and mail the letters, etc.  

So, if you are interested, please send me a mail by the end of Dec 2014.

Go the direct mail route if you can.
