We live in the area and know the micro-markets very well, but it still kept us up at night waiting for that appraisal--the construction loan appraisal came back at 350K initially (which we appealed) and we sold for 585K, which is what the finished product appraised for at the end.

Not as much as I was in prior weeks since I've been picking up a lot of OT at work to fund my starting up in wholesale (I believe in the philosophy that it takes money, even if a little, to make money.)With all that being said, I work a rapid rotation shift (12 hour shifts, couple days of day ****, couple days off, couple days night shift, couple days off, rinse and repeat.)
